Rising high above the Garment District in Midtown, Manhattan, 100 West 37th Street is an impressive 68-story mixed-use skyscraper currently under construction. The project, developed by Sioni Group under the 989 Sixth Realty LLC, promises a stunning addition to the city skyline with its 743-foot-tall structure.

Designed by C3D Architecture, the building will span a vast 384,118 square feet, accommodating a mix of residential and commercial spaces. The residential component will consist of 300 condominium units, each averaging a generous 991 square feet. Additionally, 86,817 square feet will be dedicated to commercial space, ensuring a vibrant and dynamic environment.



The property, also known as 989-993 Sixth Avenue, occupies a prime location at the intersection of Sixth Avenue and West 37th Street. Recent renderings provide a glimpse of the building's striking design, highlighting the two setbacks on the main tower that will feature landscaped terraces adorned with seating. These outdoor spaces are envisioned as communal areas, offering residents and visitors a place to relax and enjoy the cityscape.



With an anticipated completion date of 2026, 100 West 37th Street is steadily progressing toward its grand opening. Upon completion, it will undoubtedly become a prominent landmark in Midtown, contributing to the ongoing transformation of the Garment District.
